7:30am - 12pm | Please kindly do NOT disturb the Pros during their practice on courts 1-3, thank you!
11:30am - 12pm | The Pros' Doubles Exhibition game starts at 11:30a; brief meet & greet follows at 12pm.
12:30pm | Ladder Tournament begins
All spectators & players must be ticketed.

See you all today at the Monterey Bay Racquet Club! You're in for a super fun, intimate day of hanging with the Pros and meeting some new players at your level. FYI all spectators must be ticketed.
You may warm up at 9am on any free court, before the Pros do their warmup & exhibition game 10am - 12pm.

OVERVIEW:
We have 48 men & women in today's ladder and a great pool of talent.
You will be doing 6 games; Games to 15, rally scoring, win by 1
Court assignments will be on the whiteboard; just check in at the desk for your court assignment if needed
The top 3 men and top 3 women will get a doubles game each in Play With 2 Pros right after, likely at 2pm or so,when the 2 compass rounds are done.
If there are any ties at the end of the ladder, there is a dink off!
Don't miss the 4pm-6pm happy hour at Sea Root Bar at the Lobby (don't miss Ben Johns' Espresso Martini & more)
You may arrive at 9am or thereafter to check-in to get your lunch wristband and warm up if you like, on any available courts (aside from Court 1-3 which are reserved for the Pro's practice)...and then hang out for the Pros' practice session that starts at 10am and Exhibition game at 11:30am.
Your ladder pass includes
Spectating the Pros' practice & Pro Exhibition Game
Lunch
Open Play all day on any available non-pro, non-lesson court
Test Drive any new gear (you will need to leave ID for any paddle checkout). We will send you your other Open Play pass for a future visit after the Pro-Am week ends.

Our Indoor courts use the Easy Roll (not Pickleroll) court material, the latest advanced material, supplied by our court partner Pickleball Management.

Many of you have asked about what happens if it rains, given the foreast. We do have an indoor facility with MLP-level pro courts and pro nets, courtesy of our sponsor Pickleball Management, in a very close location to the Hyatt that is a backup venue to run all our events there. It's just a few minutes drive.
Please know that this indoor solution was part of the stipulation required by the Pickle House pros for us to host them this week in Monterey.
We will release the location in advance as soon as possible before the Wednesday and Saturday dates, and any other dates with the threat of rain. All participants for that day will be notified by text and/or email.
Note that the scheduled start times may be modified for the morning ladders, due to the indoor facility having only 4 courts setup at this time, and some ladders may be split into 2 pools to be run at 2 different start times. Some afternoon clinics & other events may potentially need to be moved later in the day due to weather, and/or another day.
We will do our best to ensure our events run to accommodate the most people! Please also see the Refunds & Cancellation policies on the FAQ page as well.
